JETS is investing significantly in the future of its Mobile segment, which provides specialized vacuum sanitation solutions for sectors like events, emergency response, and defense. As Sales Manager Mobile, you will play a crucial role in this international growth strategy, building on our current market position and driving sales forward.
The position reports to the Sales Director Mobile. You will be part of an international sales team that works closely together to develop the segment.
The position is based at JETS’ headquarters in Hareid, close to Ålesund. JETS also offers the possibility of flexible work arrangements, including occasional use of our centrally located office in Ålesund. The role requires extensive travel, so you should be comfortable with frequent international travel.
Tasks and responsibilities
As Sales Manager Mobile you will be responsible for supporting key international accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategies that drive business growth. You will play a key role in selecting and managing partners, executing sales and marketing activities, and ensuring our innovative vacuum technology solutions reach the right markets.
Relevant tasks will involve:
- supporting existing international key accounts
- investigating the markets for new potential partners and make decisions in consultation with the Sales Director Mobile to grow our business areas
- developing and implementing strategies and operational plans according to the Mobile strategy
- entering and follow up on agreements with distributors and OEM customers
- preparing marketing plans, budgets and forecasts
- planning and carrying out marketing activities to introduce Jets® technological innovations and create visibility and knowledge of the Jets® solutions
Your profile
Our new Sales Manager Mobile has a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical solutions. While industry experience from the HVAC sector is not a requirement, we believe that having an interest in technical solutions is key to succeed in this role.
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented individual who enjoys identifying new business opportunities on an international scale. To succeed in this role, it’s important that you are structured, solution-focused, possess a strong ability to follow through, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and an easy-going approach is valued.
Furthermore, we envision that you have:
- Relevant higher education in fields such as economics, business administration, or a technical field.
- Experience in planning and conducting trade fairs.
- Experience in the use of CRM tools
- Fluent in English both orally and in writing. Additional languages are an advantage
- Experience in the industry of portable sanitation and/or plumbing is an advantage
