The MS Crown Seaways upgraded their old Ejector system to Jets Vacuum AS's VUXL201V vacuum unit and achieved great results, according to Chief Engineer Flemming Larsen.

MS Crown Seaways upgraded to Jets Vacuum AS's VUXL201V vacuum unit. Despite its small footprint, the new system has a large capacity and was easy to install.

The new vacuum unit reduced energy consumption by 43.9% compared to the old Ejector system, with the same number of passengers. The smart operating system, which utilizes a frequency converter, ensured stable and energy-saving operation.
