Sanitation infrastructure
Glamping, short for glamorous camping, has become increasingly popular in recent years. Glamping combines outdoor experiences with comfortable accommodation and modern facilities. Compared with traditional camping, glamping typically offers more comfortable accommodation and well-equipped toilet and shower facilities.
By using vacuum technology and specially developed sanitation infrastructure and products from JETS, clean and hygienic toilet facilities can be provided even in remote outdoor locations. For smaller glamping sites, a configuration with five toilets may be suitable, depending on the number of guests. The toilets can be installed alongside shared shower facilities. A Jets® ROVER unit can support this type of sanitation station.

Hygiene
Help reduce the spread of harmful pathogens with Jets® vacuum toilets. In a vacuum toilet, harmful bioaerosols are safely contained and transported away from the room. Negative pressure in the vacuum system draws wastewater and surrounding air into the vacuum pipework. This helps transport odours and airborne contaminants into the vacuum drainage system.
Save water
Vacuum toilets use air and a small amount of water to transport wastewater. Our vacuum toilets use only 0.8 litres per flush, reducing water consumption by 90% compared to a traditional WC, while maintaining a high standard of hygiene and comfort. Lower water consumption also reduces the costs of water transport and wastewater handling. Reduced labour requirements can save additional time and money.
