Overhaul kits - for best possible result
Our overhaul kits are developed for complete maintenance of Vacuumarator® pumps. Each kit includes essential wear-and-tear components such as shaft seals, o-rings, sealing rings, ball bearings, and in some cases, rubber flaps and split sleeves.
These kits are suitable for a wide range of Vacuumarator® pump types including:
- Edge S, M, L, XL
- Ultima C200AC
- 15MB, 25MBA, 65MBA, 95MB, 140MB
- Discharge pump
Overhaul kits should be used in accordance with the pump's recommended service interval. This to maintain optimal performance and prevent unexpected failures. Detailed component list and installation instructions can be found in the datasheet available from our spares department.

O-ring kits - for routine maintenance
O-ring kits are ideal for inspections or partial disassemblies outside of full service intervals. These kits contain the necessary sealing components for maintaining the pump housing and are available for the same pump models as our overhaul kits. To ensure it fits your Jets® pump or unit, please review the product specifications or reach out to us for confirmation.
NOTE:
All o-rings included in the o-ring kits are also part of the corresponding overhaul kits. There is no need to purchase both kits unless specific inspection needs arise.
Knife set
A separate knife set is available for all macerating pumps, excluding the discharge pump.
Replacement is not typically required unless wear is observed.
