Always evolving – always to be trusted

We continuously work to develop and improve our products.

We do this in dialogue with our broad and diverse customer group and our 60,000 installations worldwide. The needs and challenges our customers face provide us with opportunities to develop new solutions that are better, smarter, and more efficient. We enjoy problem-solving and simplification. One of our newest innovations, the RagBox®, is an example of this.

RagBox® – new standard for any ship

With our invention, RagBox®, you get an entirely new way of working that is faster, safer, and more hygienic.

Under the leadership of our research and development team, the RagBox® was designed to prevent unwanted items from entering the piping system. With RagBox®, crew members can easily and quickly remove trapped objects without dismantling pipe connections, sparing both crew and guests from unpleasant odors or spillage.

This new invention replaces the commonly used rag hook often found in vacuum systems. The process of cleaning out a rag hook when blocked is often time-consuming and messy. RagBox® now sets a higher standard for this type of solution and handling. We therefore recommend that you familiarise yourself with RagBox®, developed here at JETS, and now a part of the Jets® product range.

We recommend keeping a reasonable volume of spare parts for preventive maintenance and to manage unexpected situations. Critical spare parts to have on board include seals for toilets, grey water tanks, and the Vacuumarator® and Discharge pump. Additionally, keep a stock of Jets® Descale Gel for preventive dosing to combat scaling in the piping system.
